DASGIP MF4ガス供給システムは、空気、窒素、酸素および二酸化炭素の各種ガスに対応するマスフローコントローラー制御チャンネルを4つ備えます。工業用マスフローコントローラー、各ガスインレットでの流量調整、一定流量の確保により、きわめて精度の高いガス供給システムを実現します。1200 sL/hの最大流量により、パイロットスケールでの実験環境に対応します。

- 空気、N2、O2、CO2など、ガスの種類を選択可能
