特徴
製品情報
• Compatible with a variety of autoclavable glass and BioBLU Single-Use Bioreactors.
• Scalability from 250 mL to up to 40 L.
• Sensitive mammalian cells as well as high-demand microbial cultures can be processed on a single controller.
• Auto Culture software feature for an easy start.
• Requires minimal installation time.
• Saves valuable lab space with a minimal footprint.
• Compatible with DASware® software suite and BioNsight® cloud for advanced process control, and remote process monitoring and data analysis, respectively.
Auto Culture Mode
• In Auto Culture mode, process control loop modes and setpoints are automatically turned on and populated with values recommended by our experienced applications development team.
• The Auto Culture mode allows users, who are less familiar with bioreactors and fermentors, to achieve quick and easy initial culture success on which they can build on.
• Can serve as starting point for optimization: All setpoints and modes of operation can be adjusted, optimized, and saved as user-defined recipes.
Intelligent sensors
• Integrated Mettler Toledo® Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) platform.
• Universal connections for up to two analog or digital (ISM) sensors.
• pH: analog or digital (ISM)
• DO: analog or digital (ISM)
• Optical DO: digital (ISM)
• Redox: analog or digital (ISM)
• CO2: digital (ISM)
Gas flow control
• High-precision expanded-range thermal mass flow controller provides the capability for low flow mammalian cell culture through high-demand microbial processes on a single controller.
• Standard automatic mixing of four independent sparge gas supplies.
• Three ranges of TMFC options available as well as manual rotameter option
