Are Eppendorf tubes and plates (also LoBind variants) resistant to 100% acetonitrile?

Eppendorf tubes and plates including LoBind variants are resistant against 100% acetonitrile only in room temperature conditions. Above 40°C and prolonged exposure (days) may lead to partial damage and is not recommended. For lower acetonitrile concentrations the resistance parameters will be better so prolonged exposure and higher temperatures may be possible. This must be however tested by the customer.

애플리케이션

Eppendorf가 마이크로 원심분리기 tube를 개발한 1963년 이후 Eppendorf tube는 연구자의 일상 실험에서 믿을 수 있는 동반자로 입증되었습니다. Fast PCR Tube Strip을 사용하면 Mastercycler^® X50 같은 빠른 cycler와 빠른 효소를 통해 PCR 수율을 높일 수 있습니다. 폴리에틸렌 tube가 블록에서 시료로 빠르게 열을 전달해 더욱 효과적으로 반응을 제어할 수 있습니다.

각 tube strip은 8개의 0.1 mL PCR tube로 구성되고 cap이 있는 PCR strip과 없는 제품 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 이 strip은 endpoint PCR과 qPCR 모두에 적합하고 다양한 용도에서 사용할 수 있습니다. Eppendorf Tube Strips은 121 °C에서 20 분 동안 오토클레이브를 통해 멸균할 수 있습니다.
