Decontamination from the outside
Cleaning and lubrication of dispensing head
Checking and exchanging of 96 O-rings on tip cones
Leak test with 50 µl + 300 µl, or 300 µl + 1000 µl tips
Gravimetric calibration test of 6 volumes, 5 measurements per volume in 'as left' condition
Photometric test with 2 volumes, 5 measurements per volume in 'as left' condition
Issuing of calibration test report and calibration label in compliance with ISO 23783 regulations
