DASGIP® Parallel Bioreactor System

The DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System is a bioreactor system for research and process development in working volumes from 200 mL to 1.8 L. It can operate up to 16 glass or BioBLU® Single-Use Bioreactors in parallel and is suitable for microbial fermentation and cell culture, including the cultivation of stem cells. The modular design allows users to choose the most suitable configuration for their application needs.

                      The DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System enables highly efficient process development by allowing precise control of critical process parameters, rapid comparison of numerous experimental conditions, and optimal utilization of all generated data.
                      • Parallel operation of up to 16 bioreactors saves time and space and improves reproducibility.
                      • Easily convertible from single-use to reusable bioreactors and vice versa.
                      • DASware® software suite enables precise monitoring and control of critical process parameters, as well as the implementation of tailored feedback loops, feeding strategies and other features.
                      • Seamless integration with the Bioprocess Autosampler allows for automated sampling 24/7 to gain complete datasets.
                      • Connects to BioNsight® cloud software for remote process monitoring and simple, remote analysis of all data sets to make informed decisions.

                      Operate multiple bioreactors in parallel



                      • The DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System is designed as a 4-fold system that is expandable to up to 16 parallel operating bioreactors.
                      • The setpoints, control strategies, and inoculation time of each bioreactor can be controlled individually from one software installation. Like this, multiple experimental conditions can be tested in parallel.

                      Automate bioprocess sampling



                      • The bioreactor system can be seamlessly integrated with the Bioprocess Autosampler, which takes samples from multiple bioreactors 24/7 in short and regular intervals and stores them tempered for later analysis.
                      • The Bioprocess Autosampler can be installed with new as well as retrofitted to existing bioreactor control systems.

                      Suitable for cell culture and microbial fermentation



                      • The DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System suits the needs of different cell types, including bacteria, yeasts, insect cells, differentiated mammalian cells, and stem cells.
                      • Two variants are tailored to support the gas flow requirements of microbial and cell culture applications, respectively.
