Lifting the front window?
The advantage of the automated liquid handlings systems is the automatism itself. During the run there is no access needed. Loading and unloading of accessories requires opening and closing of the front window. This movement of the window should be as smooth as possible, supported by an ergonomically shaped door handle.
Lost in parking sites for your equipment?
The bigger the automated liquid handling system, the more positions within the instrument are to be filled with accessories. Alphanumerical labeling helps to install these accessories in the correct positions.
Is it bright enough?
While the processing of liquid handling protocols is executed by the robot itself, accessories need to be installed manually. Bright working conditions reduce the risk of errors.
An automated system should provide large windows and narrow a-pillars for optimal viewing.
Limited access?
Installation of all accessories and tools within the automation instrument takes time and space. A wide front door makes this task easier by giving you more access to the areas inside the instrument.
