Initiatives such as Bowel Cancer Awareness Month, BowelScreen Australia® and Get Your Rear in Gear program raise awareness among health professionals and the community about the importance of early detection and intervention in the successful treatment of bowel cancer. The charity also supports patients and loved ones living with bowel cancer with their Bowel Care Nurses, Nutritionist and Peer-to-Peer Support Network.
