Registration of Forensic DNA Grade

In accordance with the ISO 18385 standard, a procedure is in place to notify customers who purchased products from a released production lot which has subsequently been found to have failed relevant product or quality specifications. Customers who have registered such a production lot are informed by e-mail. Please log in to myEppendorf to register your Forensic DNA Grade production lot(s).

Make sure you provide long-lasting contact data in the form below (e.g. use functional instead of personal e Mail addresses).
Enter the lot number of the purchased Eppendorf Forensic DNA Grade product. The lot number can be obtained from the product label. It starts with a single letter, followed by a series of six numbers, and ends with a single letter (as an example: »A123456B«)
